DO NOT USE THIS OR ANY OF OAK VALLEY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS OR HOSPITALS!!!! normally I would not share my personal information but this is something after which seeing this medical facility, the employees, and most specifically the piece of sh** doctors/pa's. are still in business and practicing "what i would call malpractice " someone should do something. this needs to be done legally to shut them down. just about 2 years ago I went to this little shop of horrors for to get back on track with my thyroid medication and to find out about getting a referral to a kidney specialist for follow up on a mass. I had lost my medical coverage 2 yrs prior and was in need of care. my 1st appt with that racist incompetent p.a. Belinda lawman only lasted 2 min and orders for lab work. stating how would I know know I have any kidney problems because I was not a doctor. I got the lab work done and went for my follow up appt which I waited over 1 hour even though I arrived 20 min early. in walks that fat bit** and with a disgust tone says " you have hepatitis and you should take care of it" turns around and walks out the door........
imagine the shock I immediately go into as only a couple weeks prior I had been a part of a conversation and just then learned about how deadly that disease is. I still did not know really how one contracts it much less that there was even a cure for it. I only knew right then, I was going to walk out of there and into the only person (my boyfriend of only 6 mo) who cares about me and whether or not I was alive. i was going to have to tell him that i have killed him! i couldn't get any words to come out and when we arrived home i went in grabbed a few things and walked out the door, devastated. i didn't stop walking for a couple hours and a few miles down the road, even right passed by that demonic facility. the temperature that day was in the 100's and it was like i truely was walking in hell. all that ran through my mind was that I had killed one of God's children, the only person who in a very, very long time had took just one moment and seen me. not someone who in only a few choices was being made out of others fuc*** up rumors and sick hate filled godless sick disgusted gossiping of a girl who fell on her really 1st hardtime who they can never ever get close to ever making me to be. ever, because "GOD LOVES ME AND I MATTER" anyways, as it turns out my best friend and love of my life found me and went through my hell thinking I killed him ( but never once said any words to that, just the opposite) long next 1 1/2 yrs story short... finally the parent company oak valley hospital after much discrimination and many fraudulent assumptions and innuendos ran more test to discover that indeed "I DID NOT and DO NOT" and neither nor had I passed on a death sentence of the disease hepatitis. DO NOT GO TO RIVERBANK COMMUNITY HEALTH CNTR!!!!!

I hesitated coming here because of the bad reviews. I only went here because I was looking for an urgent care to check my eyes after waking up with an infection on a day I was scheduled to babysit my five month old granddaughter. They are not an urgent care clinic but they were able to get me in quickly and accepted my insurance. I feel they were very thorough. I was happy with my appointment. I felt they very thoroughly checked my medical history and I could be for the most part honest. Of course this was only the first visit but it is crucial for the first visit to feel safe for someone to come back. I have a different doctor I really like but it is hard to get appointments sometimes. I am seriously considering the possibility of moving here as a primary doctor. Will do a few more visits to make sure.
